What happens to the refund

If the hygiene seal is intact, you get the price and the standard delivery you paid, back to the same payment method. If the seal is broken, the refund is reduced by the diminished value of the jar, which can amount to the full price — the reasoning is set out on the shipping and returns page. Return postage is on you unless the jar arrived damaged or wrong.
